By accessing or using PDFZipp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Description of Service

PDFZipp provides online PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and other document manipulation features. Most processing happens locally in your browser.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — no sharing accounts
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PDFZipp

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to harm our systems
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Use automated tools to abuse the service

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 30 days of purchase
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to your documents. We don't claim ownership of any files you process through PDFZipp. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any documents you upload.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

PDFZipp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
